Program Name and Description

The CheffHub SMS Program provides updates, notifications, promotional content, service alerts, order-related messages, customer experience messages, and account communications related to CheffHub, CheffHub vendors, and the CheffHub platform. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages. Message frequency varies.

Opt-In Requirements

By providing your mobile number, signing up through CheffHub channels, or submitting an opt-in form, you consent to receive SMS messages from CheffHub. You confirm you are the customary user of the number provided, authorized to give this consent, and at least 18 years old.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the number from which messages are sent. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS communications from CheffHub.

Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin the CheffHub SMS Program after opting out, simply opt in again through any authorized method. Upon re-enrollment, CheffHub will resume sending SMS messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from CheffHub and messages sent by you to CheffHub. For questions about your mobile plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Handling

CheffHub does not provide mobile subscriber information to external entities for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be provided to any outside parties except aggregators and providers directly involved in delivering text message services.
